Most of our therapists offer both virtual and in-person appointments. Please call or email to schedule a meeting with one of our therapists, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
We are committed to using evidence-based approaches to help you make changes toward the life you want. Our therapists use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) and other exposure therapies, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other therapies grounded in behavioral principles and mindfulness with a strong evidence base (i.e., proven effectiveness through rigorous testing and research).
We come to our practice with training from experts in our field. We value and are committed to continuous learning in the therapies we practice, regularly participating in professional conferences, workshops, and other opportunities for professional development. We partner with industry leaders in billing and ancillary services so we can focus on what we do best - mental health services.
Therapy is about making changes in your life, and we believe that one of the most important changes you can make is to connect more deeply with those you love, with the world around you, and with yourself. Though our approach is behavioral, you won't feel like a rat in a maze here. We are all about connection.
