We are committed to using evidence-based approaches to help you make changes toward the life you want. We use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) and other exposure therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other therapies grounded in behavioral principles and mindfulness with a strong evidence base (i.e., proven effectiveness through rigorous testing and research).
We come to our practice with training from experts in our field. We value and are committed to continuous learning in the therapies we practice, regularly participating in professional conferences, workshops, training, and other opportunities for professional development.
Therapy is about making changes in your life, and we believe that one of the most important changes you can make is to connect more deeply with yourself, with the world around you, and with important people in your life. Though our approach is behavioral, you won't feel like a rat in a maze here. We are all about connection.
